At Bulbooli, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality, handmade products that you will love and cherish. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Time Frame: You may return most items purchased from Bulbooli within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns and refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at bulbooli.pakhi@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.

  2. Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

4. Processing Your Return

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Issued for items returned in original condition within the specified time frame.

  • Partial Refunds: Issued at our discretion if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent (e.g., damaged, missing parts).

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was received damaged or defective.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at bulbooli.pakhi@gmail.com.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect.

  • We may request images of the damaged or defective item. Upon verification, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Bulbooli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

9. International Returns

  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

  • All international returns must be declared as a “Return of Merchandise” on the customs declaration form.

10. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our return policy.
